Microwave Coffee Cup Scramble
Try this microwave egg scramble for a quick and easy breakfast in less than three minutes. Just add your favorite toppings and take it to go!
Prep Time: 1 minute
Cook Time: 1-1/2 minutes
Servings: 1 serving
2 Tbsp. milk
2 Tbsp. shredded Cheddar cheese
Salt and pepper
Coat a 12-oz. microwave-safe coffee mug with cooking spray. Add eggs and milk; beat until blended. Microwave on HIGH for 45 seconds; stir. Microwave until eggs are just set, 30 to 45 seconds longer. Top with cheese; season with salt and pepper. Let sit for one minute before eating.
Microwave ovens vary. Cooking times may need to be adjusted.
